My dog's collar size falls under two size categories, what size should I order?
If your dog is full grown, we recommend that you order the smallest size that still gives you 1" to 2" of inches of adjustment either way. If your dog is still growing, we suggest ordering the larger size. If you are still unsure, consider placing a custom order or feel free to contact us for assistance.

Canine Frosting Makeover

What is this program all about?
Our "Canine Frosting Makeover" program allows you to send us your old collar and we will do a "makeover" and turn it into a beautiful new Canine Frosting collar.

Are there terms or limitations I should know about?
Any old collars that are sent in must have hardware in usable condition.

How do I participate?
Contact us and we will issue you a code for $3.00 off each collar you mail in.  Then you simply place an order on our collars page and enter your discount code.  Finally, send your old collar to our mailing address.

Custom Orders

I've got some fabric that I'd love to turn into a collar, leash or harness.  Is that possible?
Sure!  Simply fill out our custom order form and we'll be in contact with instructions for sending your fabric to us.
