Tax Rate

Canine Frosting charges sales tax for any orders that originate in Washington.  Tax is charged at the rate of 8.5%.

Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement, Canine Frosting’s Privacy Policy, your use of the Site, any other Canine Frosting web site, the Service, or the Content are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.
